Terms of Service

These Terms apply to everything CyanViper: the desktop app, the website and download page, the license server, this Discord server, the Discord bots (including the AI assistant and auto-moderation), the Telegram features and any other channel operated by the CyanViper team ("CyanViper", "we", "us"). By joining the CyanViper Discord server, buying a license, downloading, installing or using CyanViper, you ("you") agree to these Terms and to all policies in these Terms & Policies. If you do not agree, do not use CyanViper.
1. What CyanViper is
CyanViper is software that you run on your own computer. It automates trading decisions based on the settings you choose. It is not a broker, exchange, bank, investment adviser, fund, asset manager or signal service, and we never hold, manage or have access to your funds or wallet keys.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally allowed to trade digital assets and use this kind of software in your country. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including tax laws.
3. License
Buying CyanViper gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on one computer at a time, for the license period shown when you buy (currently 6 months from purchase). When the period ends the license stops working; to continue you buy a new license at the price shown at that time. Nothing renews or charges automatically. You may not resell, share, sublicense, rent, copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, crack, modify or redistribute the software or license keys, or use them to build a competing product. We may suspend or revoke a license that is abused, shared, obtained by fraud or chargeback, or used to break these Terms or the law — without refund.
4. Your responsibilities
You alone decide whether, when, how much and what to trade, and which settings to use. You are responsible for your computer, internet connection, wallet, private keys, backups and passwords. Never share your private key or seed phrase with anyone — including us.
5. Updates & availability
We may change, improve, add or remove features at any time. The software and services are provided "as is" and "as available" — we do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any third-party service they depend on (Solana, Jupiter, DexScreener, RPC providers, Telegram, Discord, etc.) will work.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and policies. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use CyanViper after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Risk Disclosure

Trading crypto — especially new meme coins — is extremely risky. Prices can drop 90–100% in seconds. Coins can be scams, rug pulls, honeypots or become impossible to sell. You can lose all the money you trade with.
- CyanViper's filters and safety checks reduce some risks; they cannot remove them. Rug pulls, liquidity removal, failed or delayed transactions, slippage, network congestion, MEV/front-running, price-feed errors, bugs and outages can all cause losses.
- Paper-mode results, backtests, demo data, screenshots, videos and other users' results are not a promise or prediction of your results. Live trading can perform worse than paper trading (delays, failed transactions, real slippage and fees).
- Nothing from CyanViper — the app, website, Discord, bots, AI assistant, staff or other members — is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Do your own research.
- Only trade with money you can afford to lose completely. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results.
By using CyanViper you confirm you understand and accept these risks.
Payments, VAT & Refunds

Price & payment
The license price and period are shown in the store before you pay. Prices can change over time (for example after an early-access offer ends); a price change never affects a license you already bought. Payment is made in USDC on the Solana network to the address shown for your order. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Send exactly the amount shown; we are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network, in a wrong token, or for amounts changed by exchange withdrawal fees (open a ticket and we will try to help).
VAT / sales tax
Where VAT or a similar tax applies, it is calculated from the country of residence you select and shown separately from the product price before you pay (product price + VAT = total). You confirm that the country you select is correct. Prices in countries without applicable VAT are shown without tax.
No refunds
Because CyanViper is digital software delivered immediately (license key + download), all sales are final and non-refundable — including for trading losses, change of mind, not reading the product information, incompatible hardware you did not check, or a suspended/revoked license due to a breach of these Terms. By pressing I understand & accept before paying, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any right of withdrawal where the law allows this. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Chargebacks & fraud
Fraudulent payments, chargebacks or payment disputes lead to immediate license revocation.
Privacy Policy

What stays on YOUR computer (we never receive it)
Your bot wallet and its private key (encrypted with your password), your trading history, portfolio, settings, Telegram login and API keys.
What we process
- Purchase: your Discord user ID and username, order ID, the country you select (for VAT), the payment transaction and its sender wallet address (public on the blockchain).
- License: a hashed license key, a hashed device ID (not your hardware serial), your computer name and operating system, app version and the time the app last checked in — to deliver and protect your license, prevent sharing and show you updates. Your IP address is used only for a moment to block abuse (rate limiting) and is not stored.
- Discord: messages and actions in the CyanViper Discord server that you make public, verification answers, review ratings and texts you submit, and moderation records (warnings, mutes, bans).
- AI assistant: questions you send to the assistant are processed by our AI provider to generate an answer.
- Support reports: only if you send them — they contain app logs, never wallet keys.
- PnL sharing: only if you press Share — the card, your note and its numbers (P&L, %, trades, win rate, period, paper/live), shown in the GAINS channels; plus the profit/loss, amount and closing time of the card's closed trades (no token names) to build the leaderboards.
Why
To sell and deliver licenses, calculate VAT, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, moderate the community, comply with the law, and improve CyanViper. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
Only with providers needed to run the service (hosting, Discord, the Solana network/RPC providers, the AI provider, payment verification) or when required by law.
Retention & your rights
We keep purchase and license records as long as your license exists and as long as required by law (e.g. tax records). You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data where the law gives you that right — open a ticket. Some records must be kept for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.
Community, Moderation & AI

Community rules — see the rules. They apply everywhere in the CyanViper Discord server, in DMs related to CyanViper and in any CyanViper group.
Moderation
Messages that break the rules can be removed automatically by our bot or by staff. Automatic steps: 1st and 2nd warning → 24-hour mute → 7-day mute → permanent ban. Staff may skip steps for serious violations (scams, threats, hate, doxxing, illegal content) and may remove anyone from the server at their discretion. Moderation decisions are final.
AI assistant
The AI assistant is an automated tool. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong and are not professional, financial or legal advice, and they do not bind CyanViper. For anything about your license, payment or account, open a ticket with a human.
Staff will never DM you first, ask for your private key or seed phrase, ask you to "verify" your wallet, or ask you to send money to an address that is not shown in your own order. Anyone who does is a scammer — report them.
Reviews
Only verified customers can post reviews. Reviews must be honest and your own experience. We may remove reviews that are spam, abusive, fake or contain personal data or promotions.
User content
You are responsible for what you post. By posting (including PnL cards and reviews) you allow us to display it in the CyanViper Discord server and in CyanViper's marketing channels (without your wallet addresses).
PnL Sharing & Leaderboard

How sharing works
Sharing is always your choice — nothing is ever shared automatically. In the CyanViper app click 💬 Discord (bottom-left), pick a card design, add a note if you like and press Share to Discord.
What is shared
Your PnL card image, your note, your Discord name and the card's numbers: profit/loss in $ and %, number of trades, win rate, the period (this session / recent trades) and whether it is paper (virtual money) or live (real money). It is posted to the live GAINS channel (live) or the paper GAINS channel (paper).
For the leaderboards the app also sends, for each closed trade on the card, only its profit/loss, the amount put in and when it closed — no token names, no wallet data. This is never posted; it is used only to add up your results and to make sure no trade is counted twice.
Never shared: your wallet address, private key, balances, open positions or token names.
Leaderboards — the live leaderboard and the paper leaderboard
Built only from cards members chose to share, with live and paper ranked separately.
- Everything you share in a period is added up. Each closed trade is counted once, in the day, week and month it closed — sharing the same trades again adds nothing, new trades add up.
- % return = your total profit ÷ the money put into those trades. Open positions don't count until they are closed.
- Share before the period ends: a trade counts for a day/week/month only if it was shared before that period ended.
- When a day, week or month ends (00:00 UTC; weeks start on Monday) its top 3 are announced. The all-time top 3 is shown at the top and updated once a day.
- You need at least 3 trades in the period and a total profit; trades under $1 don't count.
Please note
- Results are reported by each member's CyanViper app. They are not audited by us and are not a promise or prediction of your results. Paper results use virtual money.
- A place on the leaderboard is not financial advice or a recommendation.
- You can share up to 3 times per hour. Fake or manipulated results are removed and can lead to a ban.
Remove your results
Want your shared results and leaderboard entries deleted? Open a ticket in our Discord support channel and we will remove them.
Liability, IP & Legal

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyanViper, the CyanViper team and its team are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost funds, missed opportunities, data loss, wallet loss, failed or delayed transactions, third-party service failures, hacks of your computer or accounts, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the software, website, Discord server, bots or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Indemnity
You agree to hold CyanViper and its team harmless from claims, losses and costs caused by your use of the software, your trading, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
The CyanViper name, logo, software, designs, texts and videos belong to CyanViper. You may not copy or use them without written permission. Token names and logos shown belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
Third-party services
CyanViper connects to services we do not control (Solana, Jupiter, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, RugCheck, pump.fun, Phantom, Telegram, Discord and others). Their terms apply to your use of them.
Severability & entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. These Terms and the policies in these Terms & Policies are the entire agreement between you and CyanViper about the service. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country still apply where they cannot be waived.
